The fog gently creates an orange glow with the sunrise over Long Pond, in Brewster Ma., on a soft September morning. September means the crowds have gone. Back to school and to work, while the days grow gradually colder. Cape Cod returns to its quieter times, where there isn't so much rushing around and the leaves can color and drop off in the peace and quiet as Autumn draws near.
