Description
Late in August the bullfrogs can generally be found along the side of the ponds, waiting ever so patiently for a bug to come his way. Despite their huge glaring eyes, they are perfectly harmless. The loud and deep croak they make can often be heard on Summer evenings and early mornings. 'Bullfrog Smiles' was photographed on Cape Cod in Brewster, Massachusetts.
